My author-illustrator debut. In this wordless picture book, a white stork returns to his nesting spot to find Ukraine's landscapes and cities scarred by russia’s full-scale invasion. Originally titled Homebound, the book was first published by Orecchio Acerbo as Tornando a casa (Italy, 2026), and is forthcoming from Eerdmans Books for Young Readers (USA, February 2027).
